Level 2 Effective Team Member Skills – Award or Certificate (ideal for those early in their career path or as a support towards an apprenticeship framework or standard).  Sample Programme

Minimum of 2 days training for a full qualification, delivered on days to suit the business and participants (can be consecutive or spaced apart).  Suited to administration and operational staff members who are required to work as part of a team.   Encourages participants to consider ways in which they can be more effective as a team member, and the merits of fully engaging in team working, using their individual strengths to add value.  Based on 12 participants this qualification can be designed and delivered for as little as £166 + VAT per delegate on an in-company basis.

Leadership & Management

Level 2 Leadership and Team Skills – Award, Certificate, Diploma or individual units Sample Programme

Choose your content to make a minimum of 3 days of training for a full qualification (spaced apart or consecutive).   For team leaders/supervisors who need to practical skills to get the best from others, or reinforce good practice; and for those who are new into a supervisory role.  Based on 12 participants this course can be designed and delivered for as little as £249 + VAT per delegate based on a three day Award course.

Level 3 Leadership and Management – Award, Certificate, Diploma or individual units Sample Programme

Choose your content to make a minimum of 4 days of training for a full qualification (spaced apart or consecutive).     For first line managers; those managing multi-discipline teams or those who are required to manage resources and projects as part of their role.  Based on 12 participants this course can be designed and delivered for as little as £333 + VAT per delegate based on a four day Award course.

Level 5 Leadership and Management – Award, Certificate, Diploma or individual units Sample Programme

Choose from a wide array of topics.   Minimum of 5 days of training for a full qualification.  For those who require the tools which will support them into middle or senior management roles.   Topics can include strategic thinking versus operational management, becoming an effective leader, motivation and delegation; stakeholder management, innovation and change to bring about improvement projects; finance and risk analysis; and setting and communicating direction.  Based on 12 participants this course can be designed and delivered for as little as £420 + VAT per delegate based on a five day Award course.

Coaching and Mentoring

Level 3 Coaching – Award, Certificate or individual units.  Sample Programme
Minimum of 4 days of training for full qualification (spaced apart or some consecutive – participants will need to have time to carry out coaching between delivery days).    The course is for those who are required to coach others in the workplace either as part of a support function or as part of their line management responsibilities.  Units include  understanding good practice in workplace coaching; undertaking coaching in the workplace; and reflecting on workplace coaching skills.  Based on 12 participants this course can be designed and delivered for as little as £333 + VAT per delegate based on a four day Award Programme.

Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring Practice – Certificate, Diploma or individual units. Sample Programme
Minimum of 5 days of training for full qualification (to permit practical application as part of the learning we recommend that the delivery days are spaced apart).   Designed for those who are required to or aspire to coach or mentor  others within the course of their work; as part of a wider coaching pool; or as a commercial coach or mentor offering their services to individuals and to organisations as a career path.  Units include Understanding the skills, principles and practice of effective management coaching and mentoring;    Undertaking management coaching or mentoring in the workplace; and reviewing own ability as a coach or mentor.  Based on 12 participants this course can be designed and delivered for as little as £420 + VAT per delegate based on a five day Award Programme.

Construction

Level 3 Leadership & Management Practice for the Construction & Built Environment Sector

Award or Certificate  Sample Programme

Minimum of 4 days of training for full qualification (spaced apart or consecutive).   Designed for those managing and leading others within the Construction Sectors or related fields.  Suitable for project /site managers or senior supervisors.    Units can include Site Management, Commercial;  and Nuclear Safety Culture as appropriate.  Based on 12 participants this course can be delivered for as little as £360 + VAT per delegate based on a four day Award course.

Level 2 Leadership & Team Skills (tailored for delivery in the Construction & Built Environment Sector)

Award or Certificate  Sample Programme

Minimum of 3 days of training for full qualification (spaced apart or consecutive).   Designed for those supervising small teams within the Construction Sectors or related fields and suitable for charge hands and site supervisors.  The programme is designed to ensure a safe working environment by teaching participants how to  enhance their communications and create an innovative and right first time culture, including giving effective tool box talks and site safety briefings which can be assessed practically.  Units can include Team Briefing Skills, health and safety aspects and leading by example to enhance efficiency and effectiveness on site.    Based on 12 participants this course can be designed and delivered for as little as £249 + VAT per delegate based on a three day Award course.
