WHO IS THE COURSE SUITABLE FOR :
Anyone who wishes to enhance his or her creative thought processes. This course encourages participants to “think out of the box” and experiment with both lateral & systematic problem solving techniques, whilst at the same time enabling participants to consider both the practical & effective application of these ideas within the workplace. The course links problem solving and decision making with specific reference to selling
decisions to others and implementing them.
