WHO IS THE COURSE SUITABLE FOR :

Anyone who wishes to enhance his or her creative thought processes. This course encourages participants to “think out of the box” and experiment with both lateral & systematic problem solving techniques, whilst at the same time enabling participants to consider both the practical & effective application of these ideas within the workplace. The course links problem solving and decision making with specific reference to selling decisions to others and implementing them.

At the end of the workshop delegates will be able to:

METHOD OF DELIVERY

Highly participative course involving structured plenary, combined with group discussion & exercises. Delegates will be encouraged to share their experiences from their workplace to help make the session topical and relevant to their workplace.
