METHOD
OF DELIVERY
The course will be highly
participative involving delegates in practical exercises to support each key
learning point. Self analysis and feedback will be given after each practical
exercise to enhance learning and will culminate in personal development action
planning where delegates will decide on areas they will address following the
course. Where delegates have particular presentations
in mind, they are welcome to bring these along to work upon in the practical
sessions.
