This session is aimed at anyone who is or will be, required to both plan &
facilitate organisational change of some kind. The course provides practical
information & introduces proven techniques that will provide managers with the
knowledge & confidence to implement changes more successfully. It is also

METHOD
OF DELIVERY
The
course will be delivered using a variety of methods including structured
plenary, group discussion, activities and role-plays. Participants will be
encouraged to discuss real life situations when they feel they would
benefit/would have benefited from a different approach.
