WHO IS THE COURSE SUITABLE FOR :

This course is suitable for newly appointed Managers or Team Leaders who have had little or no formal training in basic employment law or performance management. The course would also serve as a refresher for those who have been managing people for some time but would benefit from being brought up to date with current legislative & procedural issues, as well as checking that no “bad habits” have formed over the years!

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

METHOD OF DELIVERY

The course is delivered using a variety of methods including structured plenary, group discussion & activities & role-plays. Whilst case studies will be reviewed, participants are also encouraged to consider their own work environments and any  “real life” situations they feel they would have benefited/ or would benefit from a different approach.
