The company was formed in 1996 by Dawn Edwards “Nottinghamshire Business Awards 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year”
Short courses and qualifications available on published dates throughout the year and held at our purpose built training and conference centre in Nottinghamshire.
In-company programmes can be tailored to client needs and delivered at a time and location to suit you and your business.

We are committed to exceeding client expectations in everything we do and pride ourselves on achieving measurable outcomes and improvements. Our consistently high standards have led to us being awarded “direct claim status” by the Institute of Leadership and Management for courses up to and including Level 5 in the National Credit Framework.
Our Staff
All of our staff are qualified professionals who combine industry experience with professional qualifications in their own field. Most of our Consultants work with us on an employed basis to ensure quality and consistency of delivery. Meet the team here.
Associates
We do occasionally work with Associates (self-employed consultants who work with us on an ad hoc basis to provide very specialist skills). All of our Associates are carefully screened before working for us. Many of them come highly recommended.
