WHO
IS THE COURSE SUITABLE FOR :
The move from managing your own personal tasks to managing
others and their workload can be a daunting transition. This course is aimed at

It covers the situations & issues newly appointed managers or supervisors are
likely to face and guides participants on how to adapt from working alongside
colleagues to managing & motivating them to work for you.
The course would also be appropriate for those who have had
