AIMS

A qualification designed for those who need an enhanced
understanding of the work environment and appreciation of how to get the best
from themselves and others. Topics include Managing Change, Creative Thinking,
Problem Solving and Decision Making, Managing Information. Effective Leadership
skills, giving and receiving feedback and report writing. Helps to develop a
breadth of understanding to tackle complex issues in an informed and confident
way.
Leads to an accredited qualification.
CONTENT
Each taught day will consist of two topic areas and will be supported by an Induction session and an Assessment and Review Session
