AIMS

To provide Junior and Middle Managers with the skills and knowledge they need to become more effective.  The course looks at obtaining results through others as well as general efficiency topics. 

This course can provide Accredited qualification and prior learning towards attainment of the full ILM Level 4 Diploma in Management.
