Prestigious qualification at Foundation Degree level, taking place over one year. Suitable for Junior/Middle managers who require to develop in-depth knowledge of the practical aspects of the role of managers within organisations. Covers not only people management aspects comprehensively, but also considers the management environment, cultural considerations, legal aspects and employment law issues, influencing and negotiating, finance and budgeting, managing, handling and presenting information and project management skills. Includes 2-day leadership residential and Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

A range of models and techniques are used to provide delegates with suggestions, tools and proven methods to bring about tangible improvements.

The course leads to an accredited qualification.
