METHOD OF DELIVERY
The course will be practically based, with “best practice” concepts being demonstrated through exercises and activities.
Throughout the course, participants will be asked to consider the “real” training sessions that they intend to deliver; using the “training cycle” as a basis of discussion – from planning the training (taking into account things like location, the audience, timing, etc), to delivering the training (managing the audience; dealing with different sized groups; how to make the most of visual aids, etc), through to the evaluation stage (simply – how will they know they have been effective? What measures do they intend to use? etc)
