IS THE COURSE SUITABLE FOR :
For managers, team leaders or anyone whose success depends on good communication skills during meetings, presentations or one to one's, and those with little or no formal training in communication. ideal for those who undertake eam briefings as part of their role but who have little or no training in planning and delivering team briefings.
The course reviews the key skills and behaviours required to commnicate more effectively face to face, either on a one to one basis or to small groups. The course provides specific focus upon the differences between team briefings and team meetings and ensures that delegates are able to hold both of these vital communication mediums, effectively.

METHOD
OF DELIVERY
The course will be run using a variety of methods including structured plenary, group discussion, activities and role plays. All participants will be involved in planning and running a "mock" briefing either on a given topic or one based on a real life situation. Constructive feedback will be given afterwards by both the course tutor and other delegates.
