AIMS
This course, which leads to an accredited qualification, covers the modules as outlined in our Award in Management but includes extensive personal reflection and opportunities for feedback.
This course includes an interactive team development day where delegates will participate in a range of activities – the fee for which is included in the course.

Bringing It All Together |
Plan, Analyse and Evaluate the Leadership Journey including participation in Action Learning Sets.
- Leadership Planning Journey and Review
- Team Development and formation of action learning sets
- Action Learning set meetings – agreeing format and scope of topics to be discussed
- Action learning sets (minimum of 5 spaced appropriate to group needs).
Delegates will each bring a problem or topical issue to discuss with the group who will help them to formulate an action plan. This will be reviewed at the next session. A variety of problem visualisation, ideas and solution generation techniques will be explored during the Action Learning Sets in order to produce an innovative approach to issues raised.
Assessment :
- Personal Reflection on Leadership by oral presentation (minimum 10 minutes) or written (guide 2000 words) reflecting upon the candidates own performance as a leader.
- Leadership Action Plan and Leadership log recording action learning and any other relevant activities throughout the duration of the course.
