 AIMS
 This course, which leads to an
accredited qualification, takes a focused look at leadership theories and styles with direct relevance to work. Delegates are required to assess their own approach to leadership and put in place strategies to become a more effective leader and enhance performance of their team.
The course includes an interactive team development day where delegates will participate in a range of activities – the fee for which is included in the course.

Natural Progression Upon Successful Completion Of The Award In Leadership
Delegates may continue and do the additional unit and assessments to complete the Certificate in Leadership, or choose to complete both units as an integral programme to attain the Certificate in Leadership
