OVERVIEW:
The aim of this
course
is to
equip participants with knowledge and understanding of what assertiveness is and
assist participants to deal more effectively with others both inside and outside
of the organization.
This course
would also be an ideal partner to the Influencing Skills one day course which is
also offered. Delegates
who attend both courses will benefit from a £50 reduction on the overall cost.

METHOD
OF DELIVERY
A workshop
environment which encourages participation through personal analysis, group
discussions, exercises, and simulations to ensure that delegates can apply
the techniques in practice.
