OFSTED - Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills

Bespoke Leadership and Management Training for 47 Managers and Team Leaders within the organisation. The programmes lead to accreditation through the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Nottinghamshire County Council Health and Social Care

A range of bespoke programmes for the Independent Care Homes for the elderly and At Home Services for vulnerable adults. Courses include Project Management, Recruitment and Selection, Stress Management, Procedures and processes to safeguard money and valuables and Motivating and Retaining Staff

Central Networks/E.ON UK

Various programmes including ILM level 3 and 5 programmes in Management based over 22 days, Finance for Non-Financial Managers and Customer Care

Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce

We work closely in partnership to market and deliver a wide range of Public courses in Leadership, Management and Personal Skills to including Friend to Supervisor, Assertiveness, Influencing Skills, Effective Team Leader, Customer Care etc. We also offer a bespoke service for the Chamber of Commerce’s clients in a wide range of topic areas.

Balfour Beatty Rail Projects

We regularly deliver a 9 day programme tailored to the needs of the Supervisory Staff within the Electrification, Rail Track and Signals divisions. Some of these days are co-delivered with nominees from business to ensure relevance. Topics include Health and Safety, Commercial and Operational Procedures as well as core topics such as team leading and employment law.

Nottinghamshire City Transport

We continue to work closely with West Notts College and NCT to develop and deliver a Foundation Degree in Business and Management as well as other bespoke work.

East Midlands Development Agency (EMDA)

Delivery of various courses to include Train the Trainer, Presentation Skills, Influencing and Negotiations plus Assertiveness.

Charnwood Borough Council

Handling Difficult Situations and people course to equip those who deal in traditionally unpopular roles to deal with general public in a range of situations.
