Background to the Company

	Purpose - To provide quality Management Development and Consultancy services to both the Public and  Private Sector.
	Formed in 1996 - by Dawn Edwards (winner of Nottinghamshire Woman Achiever of the Year 2003).
	The Organisation – based in Nottingham the organisation has grown rapidly and has achieved an 87% year on year organic growth over the past 3 years.

We work in partnership with our clients to form long term relationships.   By learning about their business we are able to tailor solutions to meet their precise needs.    If we can’t help – we say so (and we usually know someone who can).   We can help you to identify blocks to good performance through facilitating discussions and by providing the tools and focus which you may need to clearly see the issues at hand and the possible options to address them.

Many of our Management Development Programmes are accredited by The Institute of Leadership and Management (incorporating NEBS Management and City & Guilds) and EdExcel who carry out regular checks into the quality of delivery to ensure the methods of teaching and attainments of the delegates are in keeping with the high professional standards required.

Training Methods

We ensure that all of our training materials and methods are up to date by undertaking regular continuing professional development through seminars and membership of several academic and professional institutions including the Chartered Institute of Management, Institute for Leadership and Management and the CIPD.

We provide comprehensive training packs/information for all course attendees.

 Our Staff

All of our staff are qualified professionals who combine industry experience with professional qualifications in their own field. Most of our Consultants work with us on an employed basis to ensure quality and consistency of delivery.

Associates

We do occasionally work with Associates (self-employed consultants who work with us on an ad hoc basis to provide  very specialist skills).   All of our Associates are carefully screened before working for us.  Many of them come highly recommended.

Administration

We have a comprehensive administration system to handle any queries from clients and delegates. We also have access to support from many Professional Associations including the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Chartered Management Institute, the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry and EdExcel.
